Press Release: Betania 30!
Betania Association celebrates 30 years of service in the community. This year will be marked by a series of surprises and events under the slogan: Betania 30!
Betania’s work began in 1995, and since then, it has provided support and assistance to over 200,000 beneficiaries. Behind this number are lives that Betania has managed to change over the years. Children and adults, to whom society did not offer many chances to succeed, have received the support of the association and have managed to integrate socially!
Our experience forms the basis for crafting a strategy that allows us to build for the community in which we operate.
Our main goal is to continue helping our current beneficiaries, but to make the functioning of the association possible, we need to complete our budget for 2025. For 30 years, we have managed to make our annual operating budget with your help. Thank you!
We aim to support as many children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disorders as possible, facilitating their access to therapeutic programs provided by Betania Association. At the same time, we commit ourselves to maintaining continuity, quality, and performance throughout the therapeutic process.
Currently, our centers allow access for a limited number of beneficiaries to specialized therapeutic programs, but the demand is very high and the waiting lists are long (over 3 months).
To serve and provide specialized services for an even greater number of children, in line with the requests received, we need to build a new center with increased capacity where our therapeutic programs can be carried out.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary, we wish to have the necessary financial resources to continue our development.
Where do we wish to build the new Dolphin 3.0 Center? Across from the Dolphin Center for Children with Autism, located on Nordului Street.
Who will support us in this new project? Each of you!
By building this new center, we aim to increase our capacity by 50% and thus help over 200 children!
The Dolphin 3.0 project, consisting of a building with three areas, will be an extension with much more efficient spaces that will bring all the services offered to children under one roof: day center, outpatient therapy, intensive therapy, communal activities, occupational therapy, and speech therapy!
2025 marks the beginning of this adventure, which we wish to undertake together.
Your donations represent the main support in starting the project that will enable a significant number of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders to access a normal life.
The Dolphin 3.0 project becomes the main priority of Betania Association, and our future actions will be oriented in this direction.
